The Villas at the Crossings is a contemporary, warm and friendly community in O'Fallon, MO. Our Homeowners Association works on behalf of the residents to maintain, protect and improve the HOA common areas and help to ensure the preservation of property values.

This site is a great resource for homeowners to easily stay up-to-date on events, see all of the Villa financial information, meeting minutes, view community rules (DCCR's) and Bylaws, report a concern and more.

We provide easy access for you to retrieve information and documentation related to your Villa Community, through a secure web service. This tool allows us to communicate with REGISTERED homeowners, as well as allows homeowners to communicate service requests and improvement opportunities. We have the tools to email you through a safe information protected website.

If you are a VILLA homeowner, please click on the register tab at the top right corner of this page and complete your profile. Once you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email and then you will have access to all of the pages of the site.

To better serve its clients, O'Connor Insurance has transitioned to a self-service certificate delivery platform provided by iCerts.com and they no longer process EOI orders in-house. Please follow the instructions below to retrieve your Evidence of Insurance (EOI) certificate.

Property Owners: If you received a letter from your lender requesting an annual renewal certificate for an existing property not involving a new loan, please forward a copy of that letter to Customer Support at [email protected] for instructions to place your order. Or, simply refer your lender to iCerts.com.

Lenders/Loan Processors or any other 3rd Parties: To retrieve an Evidence of Insurance, please click here to get started iCerts.com. For immediate self-service support of any kind, most questions can be answered by visiting their FAQ page.

IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE REQUEST, you must LOGIN and navigate to the Service Requests Page and then the Service Request Form, which you may complete by just typing in your information. Click submit and it will be sent to our Team to handle.
